Savage Farms CBD want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience, but we also acknowledge that sometimes the unexpected can happen.  Please refer to our Return Policy below should the unexpected happen with your order.

EXCHANGES

If we send you the incorrect item through no fault of your own, we will happily exchange the incorrect item for the correct one.  In such instance, please follow the Returns procedure below.  Otherwise, we do not accept exchanges as these are consumable products.  Please take the time to confirm the accuracy of your order before hitting submit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at  wehelpyouhelpothers6@gmail.com or further instruction.  We at Savage Farms CBD reserve the right to make the final determination as to whether a product is defective. If we deem the product to be defective, we ask that you return the item to us following the Returns procedure below.  Upon receipt and review of the defective item we will refund the purchase price plus shipping to the credit card on file or replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please note that minor damage to packaging does not mean the product is defective.

To return your product, please click on the link below to print out a prepaid return label for your item as well a Customer Questionnaire that must be completed and returned with your product.
